Un fashion wedding tra gli ulivi della Puglia
Wedding at Villa Rocca 1914
This wedding at Villa Rocca 1914 tells the story of an international love that began years ago in Mexico. Anna and Josh first met while travelling with their families. What started as a holiday flirt quickly turned into a deeper connection. Their relationship grew through years of long-distance between Montreal, Milan, Los Angeles and Munich, meeting every few months in cities around the world.
Fashion – Intimate – Editorial
The proposal happened during a weekend in Quebec City. Josh had arranged roses and champagne in their hotel room and asked Anna to marry him. When planning their wedding, they imagined an intimate destination celebration with only close friends and family. After considering different Mediterranean destinations, they chose Puglia. The landscape of ancient olive trees, white architecture and summer light made Villa Rocca 1914 the perfect setting.
The aesthetic of the wedding was chic, minimal and fashion-inspired. Anna organised the entire event herself, selecting local suppliers and designing a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. The photography embraces a fashion-editorial language inspired by magazines such as Vogue, The Lane and The Wed. Fashion played a central role in the styling. Anna wore a Rabanne dress with Magda Butrym sandals for the ceremony, and later changed into a Mirror Palais mini dress with Maison Margiela Tabi shoes and a Simone Rocha bow instead of a traditional veil. The result was a spontaneous yet sophisticated visual story set in the warm light of the Puglian countryside.
