Real Wedding
Each story is different.
The vision behind every one remains the same.
Real Weddings. Editorial Photography in Puglia and Across Italy.
Weddings in Puglia, Matera, Tuscany and across Italy
Every story is different. The vision behind each one is not.
If you recognize something of yourself in these stories, we may be aligned.
Every wedding documented here took place in a different setting: masserie in the Salento, castles in the Valle d’Itria, historic residences in Matera, ancient abbeys in Tuscany. Different seasons, different atmospheres, different couples.
What holds them together is not a repeated style. It is a consistent way of reading people before photographing them.
I work with couples seeking wedding photography that is editorial, restrained, and honest. Images that feel like them, not like a beautiful version of someone else.
Stories, not highlights.
What a full wedding narrative shows that a portfolio cannot.
A portfolio shows individual images. A wedding story shows something else: the arc of a day. How a morning of quiet preparation becomes a ceremony becomes a celebration. The way light changes. The way people change within it.
Reading through a full wedding story is the most accurate way to understand how I work. Not just what the images look like, but what it feels like to move through an entire day with my approach. The pace. The attention. The moments I choose to stay close and the ones where I step back.
This is where you begin to know whether my way of seeing suits who you are.
Where these stories happened
Puglia, Basilicata, Tuscany — and wherever you choose in Italy
The majority of these stories come from Puglia: Borgo Egnazia in Fasano, Masseria Li Reni in the Salento, Castello Marchione in the Valle d’Itria, Villa Cenci in Cisternino. Locations I know intimately, not just professionally.
Several stories come from beyond Puglia: the Sassi of Matera in Basilicata, the landscape of Tuscany at San Galgano. Each place has its own quality of light, its own rhythm, its own way of holding people within it.
Wherever you choose to marry in Italy, I photograph the people before I photograph the place.
Looking for yours.
The story that makes you feel understood.
Somewhere in these pages, there may be a story that stops you. Not because it was the most elaborate wedding, or the most beautiful setting, but because something in it felt familiar. The way the couple moved. The atmosphere. The quality of silence between one moment and the next.
That recognition is the starting point.
Write to me and tell me something about your day — where in Italy you are planning to marry, what matters most to you, and what you are hoping to feel when you look at the photographs years from now.
